Japus Digital respects the Guidelines suggested by the Australian Direct Marketing Association, in its Code of Practice for Consumer Protection in e-commerce.

We also abide by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P). This policy is emerging as an industry standard providing a simple, automated way for users to gain more control over the use of personal information on web sites they visit.

In line with those guidelines, Japus Digital would like you to be aware of the information we collect to provide your service. We do not provide third parties with access to your personal data, with the obvious exception of third party business partners such as domain name registries.

You (the paying customer) are granted a single irrevocable, royalty free license to use any and all visual content created by us during the provision of services, upon payment in full, in all media throughout Australia and International for any purpose.

1. 1. 1. All bookings will be confirmed by service@japusdigital.com prior to attending the appointment.

      2. Photography and Videography, retain the right to use any and all content created by us during the provision of services, for the purposes of promotion of Japus Digital, Photography and Videography, and as part of Japus Digital’s portfolio.    The purposes of promotion include the right to display in all online media.  At your request, as the customer, we can refrain from using the images for the aforementioned purpose for up to 3 months.   And that all Media captured or produced remain the property of Japus Digital and that they are paying for the service(s）provided and the use of the media for the period the property is being sold, but not the media itself.

      3. New clients will be required to pay full before the appointment.

      4. All products and services will be delivered within the time frame as outlined.

      5. It is at the responsibility of you (our client), as your client representative to advise your clients of appropriate appointment times.

      6. Delivery times do not include weekends or public holidays.

      7. Properties outside the 15km radius of Baulkham Hills NSW, may incur additional travel charges $50. This will be indicated to you prior to undertaking any services.

      8. Images will be supplied in low-res and watermarked, until full payment itemised on the invoice has been made at which time the high-res images without a watermark will be released.

      9.  When the schedule is confirmed, you will be required to pay a 50% fee of the photo session of your book.

      10. If a property is unattended at arrival in which access is not possible, a cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the total session value.

      11. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least before 24 hours notice via our contact 0416 736 678 or service@japusdigital.com. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, that means we did not receive your cancellation request and your appointment is still reserved. Please call us immediately. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the photo session of your book.  There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your shoot due to rain. If you cancel or reschedule appointments, we will require a 50% booking fee non-refundable security deposit to reserve your next photo shoot.

      12. Photography and Videography, will invoice for services within 7 days of  completion unless otherwise advised.

      13. Payment must be made in accordance with the terms set out on the invoice particulars.

      14. You agree to inspect all services and/ or products and notify us of any defects within 5 working days of the creation of the services and/ or products, failing which we will have no liability for any defects.
