STANDARD IMAGE EDITING
Standard image editing is included for free with all of our residential and commercial photo packages. Additional editing requests not included in our Standard editing will incur a small fee.
STANDARD IMAGE EDITING INCLUDES:
Adjustment of the sharpness and clarity
Adjustment of the brightness and tone
Adjustment of the contrast and saturation
Reduction/removal of lens distortion
Reduction/removal of chromatic aberration
Removal of camera's reflection from mirrors
Insertion of fire into fireplaces
Insertion of images into TV screens
Interior window view enhancement
Straightening of picture
Sky enhancement
ADVANCED IMAGE EDITING
If you need something specific removed from an image or other localized edits for your photos, we can help. Our Advanced Editing service is an optional add-on to any of our photo packages. Clients will incur a small fee per image for the service.
ADVANCED IMAGE EDITING EXAMPLES:
Removal of the real estate agent’s yard sign
Removal of loose electrical cords and cables
Removal of pool cleaners from swimming pool
Removal of stand alone basketball hoops, children’s swing sets, hot tubs, etc.
Removal of trash, construction debris, and garbage bins from the home’s exterior
Removal of parked cars, trucks or construction vehicles that are in front of the home
Localized adjustment of one area of a photo (For example, painting a wall a different color.)
Removal of large items such as a beds, sofas, dining tables, entertainment centers, etc.
Removal of small items such as books, toys, dishes, glasses, counter-top appliances, etc.
PHOTO SESSIONS:
Because we shoot multiple homes each day, it is important that your property be “photo-ready”, when we arrive. In order to service all of our clients in a professional manner, your appointment includes a specific block of time for your photo session. Please review our tips on how to prepare the home for your photo shoot.
Please have the home photo-ready when we arrive.
Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken.
Please communicate any special shot or edit requests to us prior to your shoot.
CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice via our info@japusdigital.com or text message. You will receive a cancellation confirmation email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email from us, that means we did not receive your cancellation request and your appointment is still reserved. Please call us immediately. If you give less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of photo session of you book. There is no cancellation fee for rescheduling your shoot due to rain.
RESHOOTS:
In order to avoid a reshoot:
1. Please be sure your property is “photo-ready.”
2. Make sure weather conditions are to your liking.
3. Please communicate any specific shot requests to us prior to your appointment.
DELIVERY TIMES:
After payment has been received in full, photos are typically delivered in 1-2 business days via online download, please contact prior to scheduling your photo session.
