Standard Floor Plan

A level as it relates to a floor plan is a self enclosed interior space that has a shared floor, with no change in elevation, in which all rooms can be accessed internally. In most cases a laundry, toilet or bathroom that shares a common wall with other rooms on a level will also be included in that level. Sunken lounge rooms and other rooms that have a difference in level on the same floor will also be considered part of the same floor.

 External buildings, that cannot be accessed internally like Granny Flats, of more than 2 rooms, will be considered a separate floor plan.
